How to get started

Floor Plans
To start a Virtual Tour project, the minimum information we need from you is a set of fully dimensioned floor plans and a set of elevations. We can work with prints on paper, or electronic files such as AutoCad files.

Material LIst
We also like to know what materials are used in the home or building. A list of rooms with wall color and floor coverings is helpful, and we can work from actual photos of wall coverings and flooring.

Exterior Materials
Exterior materials such as brick, stone, siding and roofing materials can be made as accurately as you desire. Again, we can work with a list of materials, or we can work with photos of actual materials.

If you are unsure of any materials, we can create a model using general or basic materials. What ever information and details you have, we can work with you!

Turn-around time will vary depending on the size of the building and the level of detail.

To receive a quote, we need to see the floor plans and elevations. A faxed copy is sufficient for quoting. Please feel free to contact us for a quote. Our representatives are friendly and easy to work with. We will happily answer any questions that you have.
